Door Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Frame Fast, Derby.

Eligibility to Enter

• The prize draw is open to trade customers over 18 years of age who operate within a 50-mile radius of Frame Fast, Derby.
• Frame Fast and Trade Windows employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participating.
• By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• Each individual is allowed a maximum of one entry, with additional entries available through qualifying purchases.

How to Enter

• To enter the prize draw, participants must submit an entry form via the Frame Fast website between October 1st and November 30th 2025.
• Each participant will receive one free entry upon submission of the form.
• By participating, you agree to provide your name, company name, trade credentials, and email address for competition administration and promotional purposes.

• Frame Fast may use the provided contact details to reach participants regarding this competition, as well as for promotional updates on products, services, and special offers. Participants may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional email or contacting us at info@framefastuk.com.

The Prize

• The prize for this competition is a supply-only composite door from Frame Fast, valued at up to £1,500.
• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Frame Fast reserves the right to substitute the prize with another door of equivalent value if necessary.
• Frame Fast’ decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after November 30th 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry.
• Frame Fast will make up to two attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Frame Fast reserves the right to select a new winner.
• The winner’s first name and/or business name may be announced on Frame Fast’ social media platforms.

Receipt of the Prize

• The prize is for supply only and does not include installation.
• The winner must arrange for collection or delivery of the door at their own expense, subject to Frame Fast’ standard delivery terms.

Data Protection and Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to Frame Fast using their information for the purposes outlined in these terms.
• Participants may request details of the winning entrant by contacting Frame Fast at info@framefastuk.com, subject to privacy policy limitations.
• The winner agrees to the release of their first name or business name to other participants upon request.

• Frame Fast is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants, except where caused by its own negligence.

• Frame Fast reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• The competition and these terms will be governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
